On February 7, 2012 we announced completion of our rebranding. The result is a new brand name on the Russian construction market and a new corporate style: Thermosteps-MTL changed its name to Teplant joint-stock company.
2011
JSC Thermosteps-MTL starts manufacturing thermal insulating materials under VATTArus brand name. VATTARUS is the brand name of insulating sheets for residential and industrial building applications. The scope of their application includes horizontal, upright and inclined envelopes for any type of buildings.
2010
The second automated basalt fiber insulating sheet fabrication line is launched.
2009
The company is recognized as the leader of the Russian construction industry (by the Russian Builders Union).
2008
New shareholders, 100% of company shares are now owned by Baring Vostok Capital Partners, a direct investment fund. The second automated sandwich panel line is launched. Integrated management system is introduced. The company is certified for conformity with: ISO 9001:2008 (quality management systems), ISO 14001:2004 (environmental management systems), OHSAS 18001:2007 (occupational health and safety management systems).
2005
A semi-automated sandwich corner panel manufacturing line is launched.
2003
The company quality management systems are certified for conformity with ISO 9001:2000.
2002
An automated galvanized steel coil painting line is launched.
2001
Production facilities upgrade: introduction of basalt rockwool fabrication process; an automated sandwich panel production line is launched.
2000
Incorporation status is harmonized with the Corporations Federal Law and changed to JSC Thermosteps-MTL.
1994
Factory went private and Open Joint-Stock Company Thermosteps-MTL is established.
1975
Factory products are awarded USSR State Quality Sign.
1957
Kuibyshev Rockwool Factory is launched to manufacture rockwool and felt.
